SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard processing time for orders is 7–15 business days to be produced, processed, and shipped. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, production times may vary based on demand, collection launches, and holidays. Orders in Hawai'i may take up to 10-20 business days

Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We are unable to change the shipping address or shipping method after checkout is complete.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking and delivery updates once an order has left the fulfillment center.

U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

A flat shipping rate applies to all domestic U.S. orders under $100 USD. Orders over $100 USD ship for free within the contiguous United States.

Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after production is complete. All items are shipped via trusted carriers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

A flat shipping rate applies to international orders under $100 USD. Orders over $100 USD ship for free internationally.

All international shipments are delivered via express air. Delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on location.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Hara Origins is not responsible for any additional charges upon arrival in the destination country.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED / ABANDONED PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address or if the recipient is unavailable for delivery, the shipping provider will return the package to the sender. Any return fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Hara Origins is not liable for any lost or unclaimed packages marked as delivered. Please ensure that you provide an accurate, accessible address and monitor tracking information regularly.

For international orders, if the package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties or delays, the customer will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund and may be responsible for any return or disposal fees incurred.

DAMAGED / OPENED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and contents immediately.
  • Submit a claim directly with the courier.
