Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

We do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please make sure to consult the size chart listed on each product page and review all product details before placing your order.

EXCEPTIONS – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing shop@haraorigins.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if the claim is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Please note that discount codes or coupons used during checkout are not eligible for refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these criteria.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Hara Origins is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and correct.

For any delivery issues, please first file a claim with the shipping provider and contact us with the claim number for further assistance.
